"Villa Bella" is situated in the Commune of Casamicciola Terme that lies in the north coast of the island of Ischia. In Casamicciola there are a lot of thermal springs and for this and for its mild climate it's one of the tirst seaside resorts to favour the growth of the tourism. "Villa Bella" is 100 metres away from the centre, the thermaes and the beach. "Villa Bella" has a very lovely seascape from Mount Vico's promontoly to Castiglione's hill. It is possible to make use of a 10 m. cabin cruiser to go on trip (around the island of Ischia or to visit the islands of Capri, Procida, Ventotene and Ponza). The boat is equipped for deep-fishing too. The prices can be agreed with the owner. If you want to take your own boat with you, it's possible to book the berth in the touristic port. Villa Bella is an ancient building in the heart of the village, completely restored nowadays. It's surrounded by bouganinvilleas and lemon trees. It faces the sea and the port where the masters sailing ships rise up and the multicoloured boats are moored. Far of indiscreet glances, spacious terraces invite you to take sunbaths in complete relax. "Villa Bella" is made of several apartments from 45 square metres for two persons, to 150 square metres for families or ten persons groups. The apartments are spacious and confortable: they have double and triple bathrooms. Every apartments has its own terrace and sea-view. There is a little fun-fair for children, a spacious hall with TV and private parking. All apartments are internet connected by wireless system.
